Ohio Constitution Boot Camp -Springboro, OH 05/17/2025 – Register TODAY!
In just two succinct sentences, James Madison unveils the intricate dance of power between State and federal governments, illustrating a dynamic where the federal authority is confined within a narrow box, while State power sprawls freely across a vast landscape.
This stark contrast not only highlights the foundational principles of our Republic but also invites you to ponder: how does this balance—or imbalance—of power shape your daily life and civic responsibilities?
Understanding these differences is not just an academic exercise; it is a call to action to engage, advocate, and empower yourself within your community. Don’t let this opportunity slip through the cracks—join BBFL in exploring the depths of State constitutional literacy and become an informed citizen who can navigate the complexities of governance with confidence!
BBFL is excited to hold the State of Ohio Constitution Class.
This session is available at no cost to you.
Knowing your State’s Constitution is MORE important than knowing the federal Constitution (although you NEED to know them both to be effective).
This FREE 2.5-hour class will take you through the history of the State of Ohio and the history of the Ohio Constitution, how our Constitution is now structured and a comparison of our State Constitution to the federal Constitution created by the States.
It’s crucial that we hold our State government accountable and ensure it serves us as intended. The key to this empowerment lies in understanding the Ohio Constitution and the delegated powers it outlines for each branch of government.
Join us in Springboro, OH to explore these topics.
